What we are looking for: We’re looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Talent team and grow with us. What you bring to the table: As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent across Merit’s offices. You’ll work side-by-side with an experienced recruiter, gaining exposure to the full recruitment cycle and learning the ins and outs of professional services hiring.
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple offices and departments
Partner with the Lead Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting
Manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR) to keep candidate information organized and accurate
Source and engage talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Handshake, and other channels
Conduct initial candidate screenings and help identify strong fits for Merit’s culture and business needs
Assist with offer letter processes and ensuring compliance
Support recruiting events, campus engagements, and networking initiatives
Assist with employer branding efforts through social media (LinkedIn), showcasing Merit’s people, culture, and opportunities
Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes and elevate the candidate experienceWhat You’ll be Doing:
We’re seeking someone who’s excited to learn, eager to grow, and ready to roll up their sleeves. This is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to develop into a skilled recruiter and talent professional.
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related fields (internship experience welcome!)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re comfortable talking to anyone
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Handshake, or ATS systems is a plus — but we’ll teach you!
