We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our dynamic recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, with a special emphasis on data reporting, candidate coordination, and strategic sourcing. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to help build a world-class team.
Reporting & Analytics
Assist in generating weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards and metrics
Track sourcing effectiveness and candidate pipeline data
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support ad hoc reporting requests for HR leadership
Coordination
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
Liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview logistics
Help organize recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives
Maintain and update candidate status and feedback
Talent Sourcing
Use job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify potential candidates
Conduct initial resume screening and shortlist qualified applicants
Support recruiters in building talent pools for critical roles
Explore creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes
Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools
