We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company’s growing needs. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.

  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source candidates.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Talent acquisition or HR administration/coordinator experience

  • Strong administration skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • A proactive approach and a positive can do work ethic

  • Highly discreet with the ability to demonstrate professionalism and respect for confidentiality

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to perform well under pressure and juggle multiple demands

  • Workday experience required

  • Excellent IT skills and experience using the Google Suite of products

  • Someone who is comfortable with working autonomously and as part of a global team

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic, to tight deadlines
