Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Schedule and coordinate complex, multi-step interviews across teams, time zones, and calendars
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate and hiring team experience
  • Initiate and track background checks and other pre-employment requirements
  • Support new hires during the onboarding process and help ensure a welcoming and organized start
  • Maintain and manage accurate candidate records and pipelines within the applicant tracking system
  • Proactively troubleshoot scheduling and communication issues with speed and professionalism

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • 1+ years of relevant experience (internships or part-time roles will be considered)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage logistics across multiple stakeholders
  • Clear and professional communication style—written and verbal
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to support others
  • Hybrid role based in NYC; in-office presence required 4 days per week

The base salary for this role is between $60,000 - $65,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
