Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will:
- Drive business development and manage corporate client relationships
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies for startups and MNCs
- Lead end-to-end hiring for IT and Non-IT leadership roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, and closing positions
- Ensure consistent candidate engagement through to onboarding
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and senior HR professionals across industries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who:
- Understands candidate aspirations and can map them to role expectations
- Has familiarity with the startup ecosystem and various technology domains
- Is comfortable using hiring portals, social media, and recruitment tech tools
- Can effectively multitask—manage research, coordination, assessments, and communication
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
