We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in technology hiring. The ideal candidate should be strong in LinkedIn sourcing, comfortable using AI-based recruitment tools, and have prior exposure to B2B SaaS or product-led organizations.
End-to-end recruitment for technical roles across engineering, product, and tech functions
Active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks
Utilize AI sourcing and screening tools to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate pipelines through offer closure
Maintain accurate hiring data and candidate tracking
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Technical Hiring
Strong LinkedIn sourcing expertise (boolean search, talent mapping, outreach)
Hands-on experience using AI recruiting tools (resume screening, sourcing, or automation)
Prior hiring exposure in B2B SaaS or Product-based companies
Experience hiring for tech roles (developers, engineers, architects, product, etc.)
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Willingness to work 5 days from office (WFO) in Gurugram
Experience working with ATS platforms
Startup or fast-paced product environment exposure
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
