Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end candidate journey - Drive a high-quality experience for candidates from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring consistent communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels - Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, advise on recruitment strategy, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive interview coordination with a focus on quality and speed - Lead the planning and execution of interview processes, ensuring an efficient, structured, and candidate-friendly experience.
- Act as a strategic point of contact for candidates - Provide clear and timely updates, manage expectations, and represent the company’s values throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance in recruitment systems - Maintain and audit candidate data in our ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and legal standards.
- Lead sourcing and talent pipeline initiatives - Develop sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and take ownership of hard-to-fill or niche roles.
- Manage external recruitment partners and vendors - Oversee performance of recruitment agencies and external partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and ROI.
Qualifications- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international or matrixed organization
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Experience in stakeholder management at a senior level, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers and leadership
- Solid experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse)
- Strong background in direct sourcing, especially for hard-to-fill or specialist roles
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, including agency performance and cost control
- Understanding of employer branding strategies, with involvement in social media campaigns, talent marketing, or recruitment events
- Good knowledge of MS Office and comfortable with digital tools, experience with Oracle HCM ATS is a plus
- Strategic mindset – able to think beyond filling roles and align recruitment with broader business goals
- Excellent communication skills – clear, persuasive, and adaptable when engaging with both internal stakeholders and candidates
