As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Commercial you will report to the Sr. Mgr, Global Talent Acquisition.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract and secure top talent for the organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and matching candidates to roles across the company, ensuring alignment with business needs and culture.

Your day-to-day will include proactively identifying high-potential candidates through various sourcing channels, conducting thorough interviews (phone, video, and in-person), and guiding candidates through the recruitment journey. You will also engage in regular strategy discussions with hiring managers to align on talent needs and ensure recruitment efforts support broader business objectives.



Responsibilities

•    Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition creation, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, debrief sessions, offer negotiation, and requisition closure.
•    Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies, while providing regular updates on requisition status.
•    Act as the primary advisor on all Talent Acquisition matters, offering guidance and support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
•    Design and implement innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, targeted advertising, and university outreach.
•    Manage internal and external job postings and oversee third-party recruiter relationships, including reviewing candidate submissions, coordinating interviews, and ensuring active recruiting agreements are in place with favorable terms.
•    Ensure compliance with EEO requirements by managing self-identification requests, maintaining applicant records, and including appropriate legal disclaimers in job postings.
•    Accurately track and manage applicant flow using the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and consistency.
•    Prepare and deliver weekly requisition status reports for assigned business areas.
•    Support additional projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
 



Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in either an agency or corporate setting; a blend of both is preferred. Experience should include requisition development, job ad creation, online sourcing, social media recruiting, and cold calling to build effective talent strategies.
  • Prior experience recruiting for sales representative (Inside and field sales)
  • Previous experience in medical device recruitment is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in using web-based recruiting tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR partners, candidates, vendors, and external recruiters.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to coach and guide managers through the interview and selection process.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and process management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years’ experience
