Key Accountabilities:

Hiring (60%)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the company including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding to bring best fit talent to HLV that meet to business need per assignment
  • Understand the policies relating to compensation, benefits, wellness, and employee development to propose a competitive package to the final candidates, while maintaining the internal equity for internal movement or external placement
  • Leverage data-driven analytics and reporting to provide updates to “partners” to drive decisions and shape recruiting activities.
  • Keep updated to hiring process to ensure all hiring is complied to internal policy/procedure.

Business Partnering (20%)

  • Partner with department heads/ hiring managers to understand current context of assigned departments & collaborate to functional HR department in order to providing consultancy for people ‘s matter.
  • Run manpower planning & monitor the process from initiate to approval to ensure the manpower of assigned department is deployed properly.
  • Conduct exit interview or stay interview from time to time to understand people’s issues & propose initiatives for solving people issues that impact to business results (if any)

Strategic sourcing (10%)

  • Conduct market intelligence & strategic sourcing for critical role based on business need from time to time

Others (10%)

  • Involve other projects in TABP to serve function’s deliverables based on line manager’s assignment

Requirements

  • Education: University degree, preferably in Human Resources/ Business or equivalent
  • Relevant working experience: At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in insurance industry

Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirement:

  • Good business acumen
  • Strong experience of hiring in all levels, especially from Managerial level up
  • Good knowledge of HRBP process is advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • A team player that nurtures a teamwork environment
