About the Role

The Project-Based Talent Acquisition Associate plays a vital role in supporting hiring ramp-ups and short-term recruitment initiatives. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure that hiring goals are achieved within project timelines. Associates may be assigned to focus on sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, or a hybrid function, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

  • Execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases.

  • Identify and engage potential candidates through proactive outreach and networking.

  • Build and maintain talent pools for immediate and future hiring requirements.

  • Support recruitment marketing efforts by promoting job opportunities on various platforms.

Recruitment

  • Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and role fit.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

  • Track and update applicant data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker.

  • Support offer management, pre-onboarding documentation, and other recruitment logistics.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, and HR team members to deliver on hiring goals.

  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and status updates.

  • Participate in daily huddles, calibration sessions, and team meetings to align on hiring progress and priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (BPO, shared services, or corporate hiring preferred).

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and Boolean search techniques.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to work on a project-based employment contract and flexible work hours if required.
