The Project-Based Talent Acquisition Associate plays a vital role in supporting hiring ramp-ups and short-term recruitment initiatives. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure that hiring goals are achieved within project timelines. Associates may be assigned to focus on sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, or a hybrid function, depending on business needs.
Execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases.
Identify and engage potential candidates through proactive outreach and networking.
Build and maintain talent pools for immediate and future hiring requirements.
Support recruitment marketing efforts by promoting job opportunities on various platforms.
Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and role fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Track and update applicant data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker.
Support offer management, pre-onboarding documentation, and other recruitment logistics.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, and HR team members to deliver on hiring goals.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and status updates.
Participate in daily huddles, calibration sessions, and team meetings to align on hiring progress and priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (BPO, shared services, or corporate hiring preferred).
Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and Boolean search techniques.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on a project-based employment contract and flexible work hours if required.
