About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager (Saudi National Talent) to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and communication with candidates.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
Have knowledge of key HR frameworks such as employment law, organizational planning, talent management and talent acquisition.
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Have 5 years+ of human resources experience, preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization.
Exhibit outstanding inter-personal, communication, and presentation skills and an ability to connect with people at all levels to drive successful relationships.
