Job Purpose
We are looking for an AM / Deputy Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition & HRBP) to drive recruitment and provide strategic HR business support. This role combines Talent Acquisition (TA) – attracting and hiring the best talent, and HR Business Partnering (HRBP) – delivering effective HR solutions that align with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition (TA):
Implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
Ensure closures within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
Create a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
Develop and implement HR plans to drive performance and outcomes.
Support talent management – succession planning, development, and retention.
Drive performance management processes effectively.
Support organizational change management initiatives.
