As our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, based at one of our Poland sites with a hybrid-remote setup, you will be key in finding and attracting top talent in the Nordics and Poland. You’ll focus on candidate search, networking, and building strong relationships, primarily via LinkedIn, while also exploring other channels and leveraging new technologies.
In addition to your focus on Talent Acquisition (TA), you will have an important role in supporting our Employer Branding (EB) initiatives to enhance Cepheo’s reputation as an employer of choice.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager in Poland, supporting recruitment processes and contributing to HR operations. Additionally, you will work alongside the People Team across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark to align on goals and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Collaboration and stakeholder management are essential to succeeding in this role.

Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of top candidates across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Poland.
• Manage recruitment assignments, primarily for Microsoft Dynamics 365 roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs.
• Administrative tasks.
• Play an important role in driving process efficiency and automation effort.
• Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives by collaborating with the marketing team to promote Cepheo’s culture, mission, and values, while supporting activities designed to attract top talent.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in IT recruitment/search, ideally with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• A proactive, service-minded, and structured approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent system skills and technical mindset. 
• Strong interest in technology and staying updated on recruitment trends.
• Employer branding experience is a plus.
