As a Talent Acquisition Advisor here at Calisen, you’ll be right at the heart of our fast-paced, high-volume, end-to-end recruitment operation. This role will primarily focus on recruiting high‑volume field‑based roles, including meter readers and engineers (with opportunities to grow and develop in other areas of recruitment across the business).
In this role, you’ll keep pipelines full and move candidates through the process quickly and efficiently. You’ll manage large, ongoing intakes and be responsible for delivering a smooth, well organised process from vacancy intake all the way through to offer.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high volume recruitment, enjoys working at pace, and wants the energy and momentum that comes with managing consistent, busy hiring activity.
