What does the role look like?

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in attracting, engaging and securing top operational talent who power our nationwide logistics network. Partnering closely with leaders across the business, you’ll recruit at scale and pace for a diverse range of blue‑collar and operational roles across Australia.

Your portfolio will include (but is not limited to):

• MC/HC Drivers
• Warehouse and Transport Operators
• Forklift Drivers
• Site‑based operational roles

You’ll bring recruitment expertise, commercial acumen and a strong customer mindset to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes that support Linfox’s growth, culture and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, guidance and best‑practice recruitment advice.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management and onboarding.
• Proactively source talent using a variety of channels including job boards, referrals, networking, and industry partnerships.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences across high‑volume recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and leverage ATS and recruitment tools effectively.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, labour market conditions and talent acquisition best practice.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a high‑volume, blue‑collar or operational environment.
• Strong capability across full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing through to onboarding.
• A genuine passion for candidate experience and building strong, trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Flexibility to travel to different sites for stakeholder meetings and interviews as required.
