Description

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for supporting the full cycle recruiting for Colombia & Chile including (but not limited) full time employees, contractors, temporary employees, apprentices & interns.

In this role you will continuously work with business & hiring leaders, recruiting companies and candidates, ensuring a positive & exceptional experience. The International Operations (IO) team is highly dynamic and constantly looking for innovative recruiting strategies for both internal and external candidates. 

Also responsible for ensuring that the recruiting and hiring process supports our goal towards diversity, equity, and inclusion by offering a safe space for thrive in their interviewing process.



Responsibilities
  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment process for Internal, External, Permanent and Temporary roles including country DE&I programs, Internships & apprentices.
  • Ensure a successful usage and adaptation of our recruiting systems (ATS).
  • Work alongside hiring managers to guarantee top talent attraction, retention, and diversity.
  • Act as an Advisor for talent research, recruiting marketing and attraction strategies.
  • Support Latin America projects by acting as a country SME, gathering information, preparing documents, testing new tasks into the recruiting systems, and rolling out implementations.
  • Developing / recommending new ways to engage internal and external candidates, creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Manage ad-hoc reports and KPIs related to TA environment.
  • Participate in global initiatives to implement TA culture.
  • Support when required, remote recruiting process for other IO countries as required.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree is a must, additional studies are a plus.
  • Advanced English Skills (both written and verbal) are a must.
    • Other languages like Portuguese are a plus (highly recommended)
  • Strong experience in recruiting or HR activities (either as an in-house recruiter or a headhunter).
  • Knowledge of Colombian hiring regulations.
  • Desirable knowledge of Chilean hiring regulations.
  • Experience in multicountry support is a plus, preferably with Chile and other Latin america regions.
  • Desirable experience in tech, emerging technologies and DE&I Recruiting.
  • Experience with conducting direct searches through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and/or other Sourcing tools.
  • Experience using local job boards and university job boards.
  • Experience supporting Projects regarding Talent Acquisition improvement is a plus.
  • User experience with any Talent Acquisition ATS.
  • High sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills (Ability to prioritize and organize workload)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Power BI is a plus.
  • Communication Skills and Customer Oriented.
  • Local recruiting market practice strategies and sources knowledge as well as regulatory and law overall understanding.
