We are hiring for a full-time Talent Acquisition Administrator in our People and Culture department!

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you play an integral role on the People & Culture team, supporting administrative functions to ensure that all employees starting, transitioning within, or leaving Servus are treated fairly and experience a smooth and effective process.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Support Talent Acquisition Specialists through the full recruitment process: reviewing recruitment requisitions, creating job ads and posting jobs to Workable/UKG, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, completing background checks and preparing offer letters
  • Prepare memos for returning employees, internal transfers, promotions, salary changes or reporting changes
  • Prepare and send System Access Requests (SAR) for new employees, departing employees, and employee changes
  • Manage and maintain recruitment data within UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) system
  • Organize and manage Strategic Staffing email inboxes
  • Pull and action weekly, biweekly and monthly reports
  • Send out letters of employment/ income verification letters
  • Send exit interviews and probation notifications

    What you Bring:

    • Minimum Grade 12 education, plus applicable post-secondary courses. Preference given to graduates of HR related courses or those willing to further their education within the HR field
    • Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to maintain and preserve strict confidentiality
    • Strong attention to detail 

    Although not required, the following experience and/or education/certifications are valuable assets:

    • Human Resource Department related experience, including experience with HR Software
    • Banking Experience
    • Experience using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) system
