Description
  • Maintain and update candidate information across all recruitment platforms and databases.
  • Coordinate and confirm interviews, meeting rooms, and scheduling with hiring managers.
  • Conduct and track background and verification checks in line with company policy.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with proactive candidate sourcing.
  • Provide administrative support during interviews and candidate interactions.
  • Load new employees on Sage X3 and prepare induction materials.
  • Support a positive employee onboarding experience, including first-day coordination and orientation logistics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and employee records.
  • Prepare employee files for new hires.
  • Prepare employment contracts and contract addendums.
  • Prepare internal appointment letters and related correspondence.
  • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is regularly updated and accurately maintained.
  • Compile and submit complete employee packs to the Payroll Office.
  • Perform additional administrative or project-related duties as assigned in support of the Talent Acquisition Operations team.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
  • Administrative Certificate / Diploma or related qualification (Advantageous);
  • 1-year relevant Administration experience (Essential);
  • Exposure to an Application Tracking System (Advantageous);
  • Exposure gained within the recruitment environment (Advantageous;
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS word and MS Outlook (Essential);
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR legislation;
  • Knowledge of job portals.
