- Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
- Administrative Certificate / Diploma or related qualification (Advantageous);
- 1-year relevant Administration experience (Essential);
- Exposure to an Application Tracking System (Advantageous);
- Exposure gained within the recruitment environment (Advantageous;
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS word and MS Outlook (Essential);
- Knowledge and understanding of HR legislation;
- Knowledge of job portals.
