Ready to start your career in Talent Acquisition and Administration?

 

As a Talent Acquisition Admin, you will operate the core of recruitment administrative services within the organization. Your service-oriented mentality will help you successfully act as candidate liaison through the entire recruitment journey.  You will also be required to process the applicant records in our Applicant Tracking System and ensure the highest quality for our candidate’s experience during their recruitment process. You will also be responsible for document collection from the candidates and for managing the candidate engagement and query resolution.

 

What you'll be doing:

 

    • You will work on contact creation for the Netherlands and facilitate a smooth process for the region of Belux.
    • Add all new candidate offers internal trackers and our platforms.
    • Participate in the offer management process by making sure that all mandatory documents for the offer creation are in place, preparing and sending written offers to candidates and administratively processing the global approval process.
    • Send the accepted offers and signed contracts to our local HR in the Netherlands.
    • Maintain and ensure the data and tooling utilization accuracy, e.g. Application Tracking System (Attract) vs. Employee Central.
    • When necessary, send back wrongly filled hiring forms to the hiring managers, or to candidates if there is any missing information for the completion of the contract.
    • Update and maintain the hiring forms for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg when and if needed.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment admin topics.
 

 

What we are looking for:

 

    • You have a real passion for recruiting and thirst to learn more about the evolving talent acquisitions landscape.
    • You have a passion for data management and administration.
    • Excellent written and spoken language skills in English (C1 level). Dutch would be a strong advantage.
    • You demonstrate high standards of customer orientation and service, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude 
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
    • Willingness to work in an international team.
