Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing, screening, and scheduling to offer closure.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, particularly for finance, accounting, and operational roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Update and maintain recruitment dashboards and trackers.
Support employer branding initiatives and ensure alignment with company culture and values.
Graduate / Postgraduate with 2–5 years of experience in recruitment.
Prior experience in finance or accounting domain hiring will be preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
