Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing, screening, and scheduling to offer closure.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.

  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, particularly for finance, accounting, and operational roles.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

  • Update and maintain recruitment dashboards and trackers.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and ensure alignment with company culture and values.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with 2–5 years of experience in recruitment.

  • Prior experience in finance or accounting domain hiring will be preferred.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • A proactive attitude with a passion for building teams and delivering quality hires.
