Anchor is scaling in the US, and we are looking for a TA & People Operations Manager to join our team in Austin.

You won't just fill positions; you will be responsible for our most valuable asset, our people.

In this role, you will lead our U.S. hiring efforts while supporting the ongoing people and office operations of our Austin site. You won’t just fill roles, you’ll help build the foundation of our U.S. team and support our people throughout their journey at Anchor.

Working closely with our HR team in TLV and local leadership in Austin and TLV, you’ll play a key role in shaping our culture, supporting employees, and scaling our Commercial and Go-to-Market teams.

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own end-to-end hiring for high-impact Commercial and GTM roles, from role definition and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding, in close partnership with hiring managers.
  • Active Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and other sourcing tools to build a strong pipeline of top-tier passive candidates.
  • Process & Data: Manage our recruitment data and processes using our ATS (Spark Hire experience is a plus), and track key metrics to ensure a data-driven and continuously improving hiring process.
  • Support employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience, and serve as a local point of contact for people- and operations-related questions in close collaboration with HR and Operations teams.
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including vendor coordination, logistics, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and HQ teams in Israel to ensure alignment, consistency, and strong cultural connection across locations.


  • Experience: 3-4 years of in-house recruiting experience, specifically within a high-growth startup – Must.
  • Commercial Expertise: A proven track record of recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Success (CSM), and Support roles.
  • Recruiting Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and modern ATS platforms. Experience with Spark Hire – Preferred.
  • Independence: You are comfortable working with a remote manager and can manage your time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships with senior management.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly. You are resilient, proactive, and result-oriented.
