Position Summary: The System Analyst - ( HRIS and/or IT Application Support Experience A MUST!) is responsible for technology related organization, execution, implementation and support of said activities for both internal teams and external clients. Hybrid position. First 30 - 60 days training in the office. Once initial training is completed, work 2 days in office 3 days from home unless work schedule commands further in office availability for certain projects.
Skills/Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree
2. Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in conversions
3. Excellent Communication (verbal, written and listening) and presentation skills
4. Ability to interact with diverse populations of people who hold a variety of roles
5. Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills

Essential Duties:
1. Provide support for HRIS system to internal teams and client users
2. Participate and provide support in the conversion/implementation process to isolved for internal teams and clients
3. Perform analysis on clients to gather requirements for conversion to isolved, creating user and support documentation
4. Assist Sales Department with implementation of new clients
5. Resolve system issues and provide end users system report
6. Provide detailed specifications of new software releases and updates, learn functionality, and communicate changes to end user
7. Provide system training, guidance and resource support for both internal teams and client users
8. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all IronRoad employees to foster, aid and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee oral, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
9. Other job related duties as assigned
