Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in People Operations within a global organization?

Join us as a Summer Trainee and explore a wide range of HR activities that cover the entire employee lifecycle or one of our global HR functions.

As a summer trainee in our People operations team, you’ll handle employment contracts, including summer trainee contracts, and manage all aspects of the employment lifecycle. Your role will involve writing employment certificates, assisting with various projects, and supporting other operational HR tasks. Additionally, you'll provide system-related support and help with documentation and material updates.

As a summer trainee in our Payroll team, you’ll support in various payroll tasks and working time & attendance tasks. You’ll handle payroll materials and documents, maintain employment information and support payroll reporting. If you enjoy working with details and numbers, we might have a summer trainee position just for you!

As a summer trainee in our Global Talent Development team you’ll work with a variety of coordination, communication and preparation tasks across several development areas. This includes assisting with leadership development activities, training programs, eLearning updates and Workday related tasks.

As a summer trainee in our Global People Tech and Intelligence team, you will work on data-related activities in People Management solutions connected to ongoing initiatives. Your responsibilities include creating and maintaining knowledge management articles, handling various requests received through shared email and case management systems, and supporting project work with administrative duties.

As a summer trainee in our Global Rewards and Recognition team, you’ll support the processes and programs that ensure employees are rewarded and recognized correctly and consistently across countries. You’ll work on tasks like gathering data, creating presentations, and supporting global projects that make recognition meaningful.

These positions are available in Espoo, Jyväskylä, Tampere, and Vantaa.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field
• A passion for learning new HR skills and a systematic, organized approach to work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in common MS Office tools (Excel, Word). Knowledge of HR systems like Workday and Nepton are seen as an advantage
• Fluent English skills both spoken and written
• Fluent Finnish skills both spoken and written in some of the roles
