We are looking for an intern to support the sales team with materials and research, help develop and deliver training programs and assist with planning and executing large-scale company meetings and programs. This role offers hands-on experience in Meetings and Events, Sales Enablement, and Learning and Development, providing a great opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and update sales materials and resources.
- Support project(s) for the Director, Commercial Implementation.
Learning and Development:
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and workshops.
- Help create training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content.
- Support project(s) for the Associate Director, Sales Enablement.
Corporate Meetings and Events:
- Assist in the planning of sales-focused Reg NA company meetings.
Help with and support on-site Employee Experience Committee-sponsored events
Education
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

- Schedule: Hybrid Schedule 3 days in office 2 days working from home.
