As a Student Assistant in TA, you will play an active role in showcasing life at Arla and supporting our efforts to attract future talent through strong, authentic content.

 

About the job

You will join the Talent Acquisition / Employer Branding at Arla and work closely with both the TA team and the Employer Branding Center of Excellence. The role is clearly hands-on and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on content production.

 

Your work will be divided approximately as follows:

  • Content creation & production (approx. 50%)

Produce employer branding content primarily for LinkedIn and Instagram – with a strong focus on video, supported by images and simple visual formats. You will work end‑to‑end: from idea and recording to editing and final output.
You will reach out to colleagues across the business, book recordings, and capture stories from everyday life at Arla.

  • Attraction of future workforce (approx. 25%)

Support both in-person and digital employer branding activities targeting students and graduates, including participation in career fairs and early career events across Denmark. In this role, you will engage directly at physical events while also contributing to digital follow-up efforts, such as creating and sending email content before, during, and after events - for example, atmosphere videos, short clips, and post-event communications to candidates.  

  • Recruitment of student assistants (approx. 25%)

Support the recruitment of student assistants at Arla through coordination, candidate communication and practical follow‑up throughout the process.

 

You will become part of Arla’s Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team – 13 dedicated and skilled people who work closely together to attract, engage and hire future talent for Arla.

  • Are comfortable working with social media and different formats
  • Are confident reaching out to colleagues and following up independently
  • Thrive in a role where producing content is more important than planning it
  • Speak and write English fluently – Danish is a clear advantage, as the role is Danish‑facing
