About the Team & Business Line: 

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence. 

The Citco HR function comprises of five teams that collaborate to support business operations: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Rewards, People Operations and HR Business Partners. We are now evolving this model by introducing Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics as a new, enterprise capability within HR



Responsibilities

Your Role:

The Strategic Workforce Planning Lead will lead Citco’s enterprise Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) capability, ensuring the organisation has the right capacity, capabilities, locations, and cost structure to deliver its business strategy over the short, medium, and long term.

The role provides forward-looking workforce insights and scenarios to support executive decision-making.

This is a unique opportunity to build Citco’s Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics capability from the ground up, shaping how workforce decisions are made across a complex, global organisation.
The role offers a challenging but highly rewarding mandate, with real scope to influence executive decision-making, introduce innovative approaches, and embed data-led thinking at enterprise level.
The successful candidate will have the chance to make a lasting impact, creating a function that delivers meaningful insight, drives strategic outcomes, and evolves with the business.

Strategic Workforce Planning 

  • Lead enterprise, multi-year workforce planning aligned to business strategy and growth priorities 
  • Translate business plans into workforce demand and supply scenarios to inform decision-making
  • Identify workforce risks and constraints (critical skills, capacity gaps, succession exposure)
  • Align workforce planning outputs with budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles.

 

Workforce Analytics and Insights

  • Define and own workforce planning metrics and dashboards
  • Develop predictive and scenario-based analytics to support strategic decisions
  • Integrate internal workforce data with external labour-market intelligence

 

Business Partnership

  • Partner with business units to develop annual workforce plans aligned to operational priorities
  • Facilitate workforce planning sessions with stakeholders to pressure-test assumptions and build buy-in
  • Translate workforce data into clear recommendations for hiring, redeployment, upskilling or restructuring
  • Monitor progress and outcomes against agreed workforce plans
  • Support change management and transition planning


Qualifications

About You:

  • 12+ years experience in workforce planning, HR analytics with at least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity
  • Proven track record building workforce forecasting models and scenario planning from scratch or significantly improving existing ones  
  • Advanced proficiency in workforce planning methodologies, analytics tools and databases
  • Strong statistical analysis and forecasting capabilities, with expertise in workforce analytics platforms, data visualisation, and executive-level presentation
  • Experience operating at enterprise and global level 
  • Experience in financial services, fund administration, or professional services environments
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders with data-driven insights
