The Strategic Senior HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in leading talent acquisition and engagement strategies for the organization. This position is vital in driving the company's growth and success by attracting, selecting, and retaining top-tier talent who align with the company's values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Create and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and engagement plans aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Design and execute effective onboarding processes to enhance new hire engagement and retention.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve the quality of hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct periodic talent assessments and provide recommendations for talent development and retention.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance the employer brand and employee value proposition.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a senior HR recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing successful recruitment and engagement strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in managing employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and selecting high-caliber talent.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
