Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders and managers.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and project management capabilities
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
  • Certification in HR or related field (e.g., SHRM, HRBP)
