As a Staff Engagement Business Partner, you will join our global team to deliver essential support to our operations, employees, and stakeholders.
The US Human Resources (HR) department is responsible for the lifecycle of our people from pre-hire to exiting the business and beyond.
You will work cross-functionally in all steps of the employee lifecycle and in HR processes, primarly on onboarding and engagement initiatives to support our employees. You will facilitate the delivery of a first-class service to all our stakeholders and drive a positive workplace culture.
Your positive attitude and people-oriented approach will enable to connect with employees and stakeholders on a day-to-day basis while upholding the Company’s processes and policies and enhance employee engagement.
The salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
