In this influential role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key business leaders and play a pivotal part in developing Zoom’s comprehensive Workforce Plan. Your insights will directly influence critical decisions related to talent and business strategy across the organization. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment and drive the company towards achieving its future goals. This strategic position requires leveraging extensive data-driven analysis to provide recommendations that impact the overall workforce strategy.

Accountabilities

    • Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders in executing the Workforce Plan.
    • Leverage data-driven insights to influence business and talent decisions.
    • Establish and maintain standardized methodologies for workforce reporting.
    • Centralize headcount management and ensure governance across the organization.
    • Align headcount plans with financial forecasts and corporate strategies.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance or Business Administration.
    • 10+ years of experience in Strategic Workforce Planning or similar roles.
    • Proficient in navigating complex organizational challenges.
    • Experience as a strategic consultant to executive-level leaders.
    • Track record of translating business strategies into actionable workforce plans.
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets.
    • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
    • Familiarity with workforce planning tools like Workday Adaptive Planning.
