Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for our IT division within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization in Bogotá, Colombia. In this strategic role, you will lead comprehensive recruitment initiatives for IT talent across the Americas region, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build high-performing teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and retain top IT professionals while maintaining the highest standards of recruitment excellence.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions across the GBS Americas region, managing full-cycle hiring from requisition to onboarding
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans and recruitment strategies tailored to IT skill requirements and business needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business partners, and stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide consultative recruitment solutions
  • Source, screen, and interview IT candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, professional networks, social media, and recruitment agencies
  • Manage multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining quality and meeting aggressive hiring timelines
  • Create and nurture talent pipelines for critical IT roles to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to track metrics, generate reports, and analyze recruitment performance data
  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure compliance with all hiring policies, employment laws, and organizational guidelines
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruitment team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Participate in recruitment planning sessions and provide market insights on IT talent availability and compensation trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional talent acquisition experience with at least 3+ years focused on IT recruitment
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and recruiting for various IT roles including software developers, systems engineers, database administrators, and infrastructure specialists
  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other talent acquisition tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required for Bogotá, Colombia location)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment and knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Preferred: Experience working in a Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environment
  • Preferred: Familiarity with IT labor markets across the Americas region
  • Preferred: Experience with recruitment analytics and workforce planning tools
  • Preferred: Vendor management and recruitment agency coordination experience
