Position Summary

The Senior Recruitment Manager – Volume Hiring will lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations focused on high-volume agent hiring for various BPO programs. This includes roles such as Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Technical Support, and Sales Associates. The role requires a leader who can drive large-scale hiring campaigns, manage sourcing teams, and collaborate closely with operations and HR to ensure timely and quality talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Volume Recruitment team responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring frontline agents across multiple lines of business.

  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet aggressive hiring targets within defined timelines.

  • Partner with Operations, Workforce Planning, and HR to forecast manpower needs and ensure alignment on hiring priorities.

  • Optimize sourcing strategies through digital channels, employee referrals, job fairs, and partnerships with local schools and government agencies.

  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics (throughput, fill rate, time-to-fill, and quality of hire) and provide regular progress reports to leadership.

  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and labor laws.

  • Manage vendor relationships, recruitment budgets, and external partnerships for talent acquisition support.

  • Coach, develop, and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists to build capability and ensure performance excellence.

  • Represent eClerx in talent attraction initiatives and employer branding activities to strengthen market presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of recruitment experience in the BPO industry, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role handling volume or agent hiring.

  • Strong background in hiring for Customer Service, Technical Support, and Sales profiles.

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring operations and deliver under tight timelines.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.

  • Flexible, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a collaborative leadership style.
