About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Sr Social Media & Employer Branding Specialist to drive our global employer branding strategy, attract top talent across APAC, North America, and EMEA, create and optimise high-impact content, elevate our presence across key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Glassdoor, etc.), and partner closely with internal stakeholders.

This role is pivotal in positioning our company as an employer of choice globally by leveraging compelling storytelling, data-driven insights, market‑relevant messaging, and community engagement strategies. The Lead will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers across three regions, the Marketing/Branding team, and report directly to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employer Branding Strategy Execution

  • Execute and support the global employer branding strategy in alignment with Talent Acquisition and Marketing objectives.

2. Content Creation & Optimisation

  • Create, optimise, and manage content such as employee stories, videos, short interviews, posts, and graphics tailored for different platforms to maximize engagement and attract top talent.

3. Social Media & Community Management

  • Oversee and manage the company’s employer brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms,

  • Drive active audience engagement and ensure content resonates with diverse regional audiences.

  • Monitor global trends in employer branding and social media.

  

4. Project & Campaign Management

  • Lead and drive employer branding initiatives and campaigns end‑to‑end, ensuring global alignment and successful execution

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Workplace Experience teams to develop and implement employer branding initiatives.

  • Partner with employees and leadership to amplify authentic employee voices and experiences while supporting employer branding events, career fairs, and engagement programmes.

 6. Awards & Recognition

  • Research, prepare, and manage submissions for global employer branding and workplace excellence awards.

7. Monitoring, Reporting & Analysis

  • Track, analyse, and report on employer branding campaigns and social media performance.

  • Use data and KPIs to refine strategies and improve reach and engagement.

8. Technical & Design Skills

  • Utilise multimedia editing, content structuring, visual storytelling, Canva, and other design tools to produce high-quality visual content

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition Marketing, or Social Media Management.

  • Demonstrated success attracting talent across APAC, NA, and EMEA.

  • Experience in global content creation across multiple platforms.

  • Strong understanding of employer branding best practices and trends globally.

  • Hands-on experience with Canva, social media management tools, and analytics platforms (LinkedIn Insights, Meta/Facebook Insights).

  • Proficiency in digital tools, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as LinkedIn Insights and Facebook Insights.

  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

  • Previous experience in project management.

  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with different audiences, both internal and external.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially HR, Workplace Experience, and Marketing.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
