Drive end-to-end hiring for the Bio-Energy business for all functions and levels, partnering with leadership to deliver top talent and build future pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute recruitment plans aligned with business expansion;
lead full-cycle hiring for technical, plant, and leadership roles; source talent through portals, networking, and headhunting; advise stakeholders on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market insights; manage and mentor recruitment team/partners;
Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity, and candidate experience;
strengthen employer branding in the renewable energy sector.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sourcing and closure skills for niche/leadership roles; stakeholder management and business partnering;
Strong understanding of entire talent acquisition and talent management processes
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PG in HR or equivalent; 8 to 15 years recruitment experience including 3 to 4 years in a lead role;
Exposure to energy, renewables, or process industries preferred.
