Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all Human Resources issues and provide prompt and accurate advice and direction to management on employee issues to ensure the consistent application of policies in compliance with legal requirements and company practice. 
  • Maintain familiarity with a variety of Alorica's concepts, practices, and procedures. 
  • Partner with Sr Executives to provide cohesive thought leadership around human capital management, succession planning, engagement, and talent management. Consult with management in managing employee performance to improve retention. 
  • Collaborate with Human Resources leadership team to ensure that programs and initiatives are communicated and implemented across the company.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • (9) Nine years of related human capital management experience required.
  • Call Center Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Experience in implementing policies and procedures with strong compliance background in state and federal regulation adherence. 
  • Experience dealing with complex employee issues. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with multiple levels across the organization. 
  • Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. 
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment. 
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule. 
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
