Primary Purpose:
The Senior Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training and leadership development programs that build organizational capability and drive performance. This role requires expertise in applying the ADDIE model to manage multiple training initiatives concurrently while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a skilled facilitator who can lead engaging in-person and virtual workshops, with a strong emphasis on leadership development initiatives. Additionally, this position supports LMS administration, SOP development, stakeholder engagement, performance metrics reporting, and program coordination across the enterprise.

Proficiency with LMS administration and training program reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), LMS software, and specialized training content development tools.
Advanced instructional design skills with an emphasis on creating interactive and impactful training sessions.
Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Competencies:
Certification in instructional design, facilitation, or leadership development (e.g., CPLP/ATD, DDI, FranklinCovey).
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams).
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position will be $83,000 - $104,000/yr.
