As part of the HR Employee Experience (EX) team, you play a key role in shaping how our people experience life at Scoot. We partner across the organisation to deliver simple, seamless and meaningful touchpoints throughout the employee journey — bringing our values and OneScoot spirit to life while enabling our people to focus on what they do best.
The Employee Experience Specialist is part of a small, agile team supporting Flight Operations, Cabin Crew and other employee groups across the full lifecycle — from pre-boarding to off-boarding. With a strong service mindset, the role contributes to delivering consistent, caring and best-in-class employee experience, while also supporting broader HR initiatives and administrative responsibilities.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end crew administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, conversions, renewals, movements and off-boarding, ensuring timely and seamless execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR queries, delivering responsive, service-oriented support and guiding employees through key lifecycle moments with clarity and care.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity in HR systems by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for personal details, leave administration, payroll inputs, bonuses and salary adjustments
- Partner closely with external department stakeholders and internal HR cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, streamline processes, and enhance turnaround time and overall service quality.
- Drive and support employee experience journey-building initiatives, such as enhancing onboarding touchpoints, improving communications, simplifying processes and introducing digital or self-service solutions.
- Support operational excellence initiatives, including process reviews, workflow automation, service metrics tracking and continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Contribute to HR projects and organization-wide initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and experience.
- Provide support for other HR operational activities as required.
Skills/Experience/Competencies Required:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience; fresh graduates with a strong passion for HR and employee experience are also welcome.
- Good working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering positive employee experience outcomes and supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, coordination and execution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Positive, resourceful and self-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fun-loving yet performance-driven culture.
- Interest or passion in aviation will be an added advantage.
