NCR Atleos is seeking a creative and detail-oriented social media and employer brand marketing specialist. This role involves managing both organic and paid social media operations, including planning, development and engagement across all platforms. Responsibilities include implementing social media strategies to build brand awareness, reputation, engagement, community and culture. This role will create and produce content, collaborate across various business units and use tools for social media listening, management, engagement and reporting.

Additionally, this role focuses on enhancing the employee experience by promoting the company as a desirable workplace. This involves strategizing and executing campaigns that highlight the company's culture, values and employee benefits to attract and retain top talent. The specialist will work closely with various business partners to ensure a consistent employer brand message.

This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and can translate brand goals into compelling content strategies both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy and execution plans in support of social media programs and tactics

  • Promote and support the organization’s adoption of social media, including training and enablement programs

  • Support and enforce social media governance guidelines and policies

  • Support the ideation, creation, development, and dissemination of appropriate social media content across multiple channels in concert with our brand and marketing campaigns and objectives

  • Support the management, strategy and budget for paid social media programs/campaigns

  • Manage a comprehensive measurement and reporting function to demonstrate progress against social media strategic objectives, including by creating corporate and campaign-level dashboards

  • Act as an ambassador for social media programs across the organization.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms for the NCR Atleos brand (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.)

  • Manage social media editorial calendar which includes press release announcements, marketing campaigns, employee culture and community engagement across all channels

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our integrated marketing and portfolio team, creative team, public relations team, HR team and telecom and technology team to ensure brand consistency and alignment

  • Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithm changes and competitor activity to inform strategy

  • Develop and lead our employer brand strategy in alignment with our company mission, values, and talent goals.

  • Partner with HR, Marketing, and Communications to create engaging content across channels including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, careers site, internal comms, and more.

  • Own the storytelling around our culture, values, employee experiences, and DEI initiatives through blogs, videos, employee spotlights, and social campaigns.

  • Manage and optimize our presence on key employer reputation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Comparably).

  • Analyze candidate perception data and employer brand metrics to refine strategy and measure impact.

  • Support recruitment marketing efforts and hiring campaigns through targeted messaging and audience segmentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate brand ambassadors and employee-generated content.

  • Stay on top of industry trends, employer branding best practices, and competitor positioning.
