What You’ll Do

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy—translating business goals into impactful HR initiatives. You’ll:

  • Partner with Global HR, Site Management Committee, and UK & Ireland HR to align people plans with business strategy

  • Guide leaders through performance, change, and organizational design

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence across Talent, ER, L&D, C&B, HRIS, and more

  • Champion employee experience, engagement, and continuous improvement

Key Focus Areas

Employee Relations

  • Advise on complex ER matters, ensuring compliance and best practice

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Support hiring and internal mobility

  • Lead and enhance the on-site onboarding experience

Learning & Development

  • Support design and deliver impactful learning solutions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support annual reviews and ensure fair, benchmarked pay practices

HR Operations & Engagement

  • Drive process excellence, analyze HR metrics, and lead engagement initiatives

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Degree or equivalent HR experience

  • Strong project and stakeholder management

  • Track record in employee engagement

  • Expertise in complex employee relations

  • Experience in global, matrixed settings

  • Passion for people and progress
