Job Description

Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design a learning framework tailored to specific needs, ensuring flexibility and agility in execution, especially for virtual and agile environments. Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to develop a structured curriculum that aligns with process requirements and enhances employee skills. Create and execute training roadmaps, ensuring they are adaptable to changing needs and requirements and remain relevant to organizational goals. Work closely with leadership to ensure robust planning, smooth execution, and alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the learning framework integrates seamlessly with overall organizational operations and goals. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in learning and development, driving change and fostering a culture of ongoing skill enhancement. Utilize data visualization tools for effective reporting and governance, ensuring transparency and insights into the training and development processes.
