COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION
5+ years in a digital Learning & Development role or Talent Development, ideally within global or regional environments.
Qualifications in either Communication / Media, Digital Media Design, Multimedia Production, Psychology, Information Technology / Computer Science, Instructional Design or Educational Technology.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proven experience designing and delivering digital learning content using tools like Articulate (Rise, Storyline), Evolve, or similar.
Hands-on experience administering LMS platforms, ideally Intellum.
Track record of working with cross-functional and international teams to roll out scalable learning initiatives.
Experience managing learning projects end-to-end, from needs analysis through to impact measurement.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learner engagement strategies.
Knowledge of digital learning trends and tools (e.g., microlearning, mobile-first design, AI in L&D).
Familiarity with learning analytics and data interpretation to drive continuous improvement.
Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
Able to translate business needs into digital learning solutions with measurable impact.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,691 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
