Role Summary
As a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist at 1GLOBAL, you will identify and hire top talent globally, collaborating with hiring managers for a smooth recruitment process. You will also support HR functions and onboarding in our new São Paulo office (Pinheiros), helping build a strong team to drive 1GLOBAL’s mission and growth.
The successfully hired candidate will receive onboarding and training in Lisbon, Portugal; gaining valuable skills while experiencing one of Europe’s most dynamic and renowned cities.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Source and engage candidates through various channels, manage the full recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers & department Heads.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience providing timely communication and feedback.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in tech recruitment to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Onboarding: Draft offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws. Manage new hires data in the HR system, and provide support during their first weeks for a seamless onboarding experience.
