Scope of the Role
The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to integration. This includes conducting interviews, coordinating administrative logistics, handling reference checks, and supporting internal mobility such as transfers and promotions. The role also maintains accurate recruitment records and builds a strong talent pipeline through external sourcing strategies, partnerships, and job fairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening,
interviews, and selection processes for candidates across all levels, from
entry-level to managerial, ensuring the right fit for each position.
- Handle all administrative
arrangements for candidates attending interviews and managing any additional
logistical requirements to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Conduct reference checks and
necessary pre-employment verifications to validate the information provided by
candidates.
- Oversee the full employment process for
accepted candidates coordinating between People and Culture team, external functions and
hiring managers.
- Facilitate internal communication
for newly hired employees, including managing laptop and email requests and
workspace allocations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Oversee the
internal transfer and promotion processes.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of
candidates, tracking all received CVs and applications from various recruitment
sources (social media, email, walk-ins, etc.), and ensuring accurate records of
candidates who have been interviewed, hired, or rejected.
- Develop and implement external
recruitment methods, including headhunting, partnerships with recruitment
agencies, leveraging job websites, LinkedIn, and attending employment fairs, to
maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Requirements
- University
Degree, Bachelor of human resource management, Business administration, or
related field.
- 5+ Years of
solid experience in the same or a similar role.
- Experience
in mass hiring (field positions) is a must.
- Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
- Proven experience in conducting various types of interviews.
- Fluent command in both spoken & written English is
required.
- Able to utilize various sourcing channels to maintain a
relevant/active candidate pool.
