The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to meet business needs. This role combines both sourcing and end-to-end recruitment responsibilities — from candidate generation to job offer — while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong partnership with hiring managers.
Sourcing & Talent Mapping
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and niche positions.
Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and recruitment opportunities.
Recruitment & Selection
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on hiring criteria.
Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career motivation.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partners to support workforce planning and hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards to track hiring progress and performance metrics.
Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and digital recruitment campaigns.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the recruitment function to drive efficiency and quality of hire.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in sourcing and/or end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a BPO, shared services, or corporate environment.
Strong understanding of various sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR metrics is an advantage.
