Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing to placement, ensuring alignment with clients' needs (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated expertise in offer negotiation, adeptly facilitating competitive offers and closing deals with successful candidates (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent in competitive markets using both innovative and traditional methods.
- Strong command of Boolean search strings, enabling precise and efficient candidate searches for specialized roles.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders effectively, ensuring their staffing needs are consistently met with the best candidates.
- Familiarity with hiring practices and labor regulations in the Gulf region, enhancing our regional recruitment efforts.
- Sharp analytical skills to evaluate candidate potential and role compatibility, enhancing the quality of recruitment outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with candidates and maintaining positive client relationships.
