Job Description

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement alignment with Hiring Managers, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, tracking hiring progress, and supporting the offer and onboarding process.

  • Advertising opens jobs to attract candidates from both internal & external.

  • Manage and maintain recruitment data within the ATS to ensure reporting accuracy.

  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track hiring performance and support data-driven decisions.

  • Contribute to TA process and operational improvement initiatives, including AI-driven recruitment tools and automation projects.

  • Proactively build a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably within IT or outsourcing environments, with exposure to sourcing both technical and non-technical roles.

  • Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing/headhunting skills and employer branding across platforms such as LinkedIn, ITViec, Facebook, IT communities, and niche talent groups.

  • Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a supportive mindset when working with cross-functional teams.

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the IT talent market.
