Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong background in supporting talent acquisition across Northern Europe with a primary focus on Germany an The Netherlands and a passion for building scalable, high-impact recruitment strategies. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role where you’ll lead full-cycle hiring efforts and help shape the future of our European talent strategy.

You’ll work to proactively solve challenges, and partner with various internal stakeholders

 

What will I be doing:

  • Partner with department leadership to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Refine scalable recruitment processes for roles within sales, pre and post sales as well as other functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all-level roles, ensuring a high-quality pipeline and efficient hiring process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, interview best practices, and candidate experience guidance.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Support change management initiatives related to recruitment tools, processes, and employer branding.

 

What experience do I need:

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on the German region.
  • Proven success in building and scaling recruitment processes for high-growth sales teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across departments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions within defined boundaries.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
