What you will do

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be responsible for both real-time recruitment and proactive hiring strategy. This role supports management and individual contributor roles and plays a vital role in shaping the future of our business. We don’t just fill roles but build relationships, pipelines, and long-term hiring strategies that drive success across the company. You will open doors by engaging passive talent and building pipelines for future needs as well as close deals by partnering with business leaders to drive requisition-based hiring and offer negotiations. You must be equally comfortable building a pipeline from scratch as you are negotiating with a final-round candidate. You’re a relationship builder, a market translator, and a business partner all rolled into one. You’ll join a global organization with the resources to invest in innovation, the support of a strong TA team, and the autonomy to own your work. We’re evolving our hiring model, and you’ll play a critical role in shaping what comes next.

How you will do it:

  • Partnering with hiring leaders at the Manager, Director, and VP level, to understand current hiring needs and future talent priorities

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment from kickoff through offer

  • Proactively building talent pipelines for future critical roles

  • Delivering market intelligence to help leaders make informed hiring decisions and stay ahead of talent trends

  • Developing recruiting strategies for complex or niche roles and driving results through data and insight

  • Providing high-touch candidate experiences, treating every interaction as an opportunity to build our brand

  • Collaborating with our TA Center of Excellence, surrounded by peers who value teamwork, curiosity, and getting stuff done

What we look for:

Required

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 6+ years mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience with an emphasis on technology recruiting.

  • Proven success in both proactive sourcing, closing candidates and full-cycle recruiting

  • A consultative mindset with the confidence to influence and guide hiring leaders at all levels

  • Experience working with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Draup, HiredScore, X-Ray, etc.) and navigating complex markets

  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and business acumen

  • A track record of meeting hiring goals, metrics, and KPIs

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,200 - $125,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile. If you believe your background warrants consideration beyond the stated range, we encourage you to apply. To support an efficient and fair hiring process, we may use technology assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help identify and evaluate candidates.
