We partner closely with leaders to understand business needs and build sustainable pipelines. We design inclusive, thoughtful hiring processes that prioritize skills, potential, and experience. As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, this role manages full-cycle recruitment across 2–3 crafts and partners closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team. The role is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, leading sourcing and assessment strategies, and delivering a thoughtful candidate experience. This person will help Klick hire high-quality talent across agency, marketing, strategy, client services, project management, growth, analytics, and technology roles.

The base salary range for this position is between USD $125,000 - $145,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
