About the Role


If you live and breathe tech recruiting, love hunting for great engineers, and enjoy real conversations with candidates — this role is for you. We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive who is not just filling roles, but building tech teams and shaping careers. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, founders, and tech leads while having the freedom to experiment, create, and elevate how we hire.

What you will be doing:

  • Own end-to-end tech recruitment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand tech requirements (not just JD keywords 😉).
  • Actively source, screen, and engage top tech talent using creative strategies.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first call to offer.
  • Play a key role in employer branding.
  • Use data to track hiring performance, pipelines & closures.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, tech events & community meetups.
  • Experiment with new hiring ideas.
What we are looking for:
  • 3–4 years of solid experience in tech recruitment / talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience hiring for software engineering & technical roles.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong sourcing skills and techniques using LinkedIn
  • High emotional intelligence, you connect with both candidates & hiring managers.
  • Passion for technology, people & building teams.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, startup-style environments.
  • A natural storyteller who can sell opportunities, not just pitch vacancies.
